Sandra Barter was the agente de communication with L'association regionale de la cote ouest. She is producer of francophone community television and community radio. Sandra is a graduate of the College of the North Atlantic journalism program. She has also participated in the 1993 Port au Port community television forums and in Communiquer Pour Survivre.
